TOUR / CLASS CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS SYSTEM
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Entrants will accumulate points by showing at WEGO Tour events, based on the following rules/guidelines.
TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP CATEGORIES - Tour Champions will be determined in the following categories:
   - Overall Tour Champion
   - Bike Champion
   - Class Champion (Radical, Full Custom, Semi Custom, Mild Custom,
     Street Custom)
OVERALL TOUR CHAMPION - The Overall Tour Champion will be the entrant with the highest points (regardless of class).  As the Tour Champion, they will not be eligible to compete in the "Class" or "Specialty" Championships.  (only cars & trucks are eligible for the Tour Championship)
CLASS CHAMPION - Entrant will compete for the class championship in the class they end the year in.  For example, if an entrant starts the year in "Street Custom", but finishes the year in "Mild Custom", they will be competing in the "Mild Custom Class".  To be eligible to receive the cash prize, the competitor must have attended at least 7 events on the tour.
FULL POINTS EVENTS - At "full points" events, entrants will receive one-hundred (100) points for entering + one-half (1/2) of their judging score.
DOUBLE POINTS EVENTS - At "double points" events, entrants will receive two-hundred (200) points for entering + one-half (1/2) of their judging score.
BONUS EVENTS - At the "bonus" events, entrants will receive one-hundred (100) points for entering.  Car Club points will be awarded as 1 point per vehicle entry and 0.5 points per bike entry.  Judging score will not be awarded at bonus events as the events may not be judged by WEGO staff.
COMPETING TO WIN - Exhibitor must be competing at the tour championship (Los Magnificos Car Show & Concert) in order to win.  If the points leader is not competing, the next highest finisher will be awarded the prize (assuming seven (7) show minimum is met)
IMPORTANT NOTICE - You must use the same name on all your registration forms for each show.  If you do not, your points will not be awarded correctly.  Changing the owner's name will result in the car's points starting over.  Also, it must be the same vehicle/bike frame throughout the course of the entire tour (substitutions are not allowed).

CLUB / ASSOCIATION OF THE YEAR POINTS SYSTEM
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Clubs and associations will accumulate points by showing at WEGO Tour events, based on the following rules.  Note: seperate awards will be given for "Club of the Year" and "Association of the Year".
CLUB OF THE YEAR - Club of the Year will be awarded to a car club.
ASSOCIATION OF THE YEAR - Association of the Year will be awarded to a regional lowrider association.
POINTS FOR VEHICLE ENTRIES - Clubs/associations will receive two (2) points for each vehicle entry at any event (this includes hoppers and motorcycles).  The club/association name must be written clearly on the registration form and entry card to guarantee the points will be received (both places).  Points are the same at both "Full" points events and "Double" points events.  Half points are awarded at "Bonus" events for Club or Association Championships.  Club member additions or changes will require a 1 to 2 show waiting period before taking effect with their new club.
POINTS FOR BIKES/SPECIAL INTEREST ENTRIES - Clubs/associations will receive one (1) point for each entry at any event.  Same rules apply for bikes/special interest as the vehicle entries.
COMPETING TO WIN - A club/association member must be showing at the tour championship in order to win.  If the points leader is not competing, the next highest finisher will be awarded the prize (assuming points minimums are met).

HOP CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS SYSTEM
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Hoppers will accumulate points by showing at WEGO Tour events, based on the following rules:
HOP POINTS - Hoppers will receive one-hundred (100) points for entering (they must actually hop) any event + one (1) point for every two (2) inches hopped at the event (points will only be awarded for what the hop sticks are able to measure...if the hop sticks top at 70, that will be the recorded hop for the entry).  Hoppers will receive two-hundred (200) points + hop score for "double" points shows and the one-hundred (100) points (with no hop score) for the "bonus" shows.
COMPETING TO WIN - Hopper must be competing at the tour championship (Los Magnificos Car Show & Concert) in order to win.  If the points leader is not competing, the next highest finisher will be awarded the prize (to be eligible to receive the cash prize, the competitor must have attended at least 7 events on the tour)
